            西門子V90伺服系統實現閉環運動控制
            
                
            
                                        
                                        
            
	      SINAMICS V90是西門子推出的一款小型、高效便捷的伺服系統，可以實現位置控制、速度控制和扭矩控制。 

            

            
	      使用V90的速度控制功能可以與S7-1500運動控制功能配合使用，接收S7-1500模擬量模塊發出的+-10V模擬量信號做為速度給定，并通過PTO功能反饋位置信號給S7-1500，在S7-1500PLC中實現閉環位置控制。 

            

            
	      由于需要模擬量輸出信號來控制速度給定，并接收來自V90的脈沖反饋信號，所以S7-1500系統中至少要配置1塊模擬量輸出模塊和1塊高速計數模塊，考慮到V90給出的位置反饋信號是5V差分信號，S7-1500系統中也要配置能夠接收5V差分信號的高速計數模塊。還需要1塊數字量輸出模塊來為V90提供使能信號。 

            

            
	      除了前面所描述的使用S7-1500中央機架模塊以外，還可以使用ET200SP上的模塊連接V90。新一代的分布式I/O ET200SP使用簡單，結構緊湊，性能卓越，支持PROFINET網絡；可以實現更靈活的配置。
